HARBOUR CITY HOSTS NO LUCKY DRAW & TELE-MARKETING PROGRAM

We, Harbour City Estates Limited (“Harbour City”) have been notified recently that some persons are engaging in telemarketing activities in Singapore purporting in the name of Harbour City. These persons claim that the call recipients are winners of a lucky draw hosted by Harbour City.

The public is warned against this sham.

We hereby clarify that :-

1. Harbour City hosts no lucky draw in Singapore or elsewhere, and
2. Anyone who receives such call is advised to stay vigilant and avoid being shammed.

Harbour City takes no responsibility and bears no liability for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any person from any promotional activities not authorized by its management.

Whenever anyone who receives such call, he or she is advised to contact Hong Kong Police Commercial and Technology Crime Hotline (852) 2860-5012 immediately to safeguard his or her own interests.
