Easter Fun To Delight Your Little Ones

30 Mar, 2021

The upcoming Easter holiday is filled with egg-citing activities and great food to delight both the kids and the young at heart. If you’re looking to update the spring wardrobe for your little ones, we have in store the latest and the cutest too!

Athleisure wear for the young and energetic

This spring sees the collaboration between FILA KIDS and prominent Japanese artist PePe Shimada. The mini-fashionistas are going to adore the FiFi and LaLa – the two cat mascots against the sorbet palettes of pink, turquoise, and lilac. From chic transitional pieces, girly dresses, to sweat-wicking tees, the collection is a burst of energy and inspiration.

From now until April 6, an exclusive PePe Shimada photo booth awaits at FILA KIDS’s Harbour City store to greet local patrons and cat lovers alike. From April 2 to 5, stop by and take home a PePe Shimada balloon!

Get crafty

If you’re still looking for ideas to keep your little ones occupied during the long weekend, let their creativity run wild. From April 2 to 6, a complimentary tote bag DIY workshop will be given to shoppers upon net spending of HK$1,000 at Petit Bateau. Pick from a selection of embroidered patches and design together your one-and-only tote bag.

Meanwhile, the super cute Ruffle Short-sleeved Cotton Dress is going to make your little princess’ heart jump, with the red bow fixed on the waist being the most spring-appropriate accent.

Sweet egg-stravaganza

No Easter celebrations would be complete without a chocolate treat or two.

Go big with Godiva’s Spring Chocolate Beaded Egg Shaped Gift Box. Covered in sparkly beads, sequins and colorful motifs, the glistening shell houses a total of 15 mini Easter chocolate eggs of five assorted flavors so your little ones can share with their besties.

Cafe@Off-White features an array of bunny-themed delicacies. The quintessential carrot cake has been given an Easter transformation with a light cheese filling and topped with a white chocolate glaze, while the bunny ears take the form of a passion fruit jelly with milk chocolate mousse, coated in desiccated coconut and almond biscuits – both as delicious as they look.

The unmissable Easter bunny, this year, is joined by a few more animal friends! The Easter Buddies Tasting Collection by Sugarfina gathers Baby Butterfly, Pink Bunny, Apple Frogs, and Little Lamb to bring their favorite candies to you – from fruity gummies to juicy little gumdrops.

If you’re drawn more to the milky or exotic flavors, you’re not going to share the spring collection by Venchi. The White Chocolate with Salted Nuts Mini Eggs have that irresistible crunchy texture and the sweet and slightly savory flavor profiles are perfectly balanced. Also not to be missed are the Mimosa Stracciatella Mini Eggs and Mediterraneo Mini Eggs – both are just as tempting.

Wholesome feast for your family

Treat you and your family to a little escape from the daily grinds this long weekend. Why not bunker down at and indulge in the scrumptious menus and panoramic views of Victoria Harbour?

In the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Harbourside Grill is one of the best alfresco dining options in town. Executive Chef Armand Sablon is serving up a bountiful feast, spanning international cuisines and a grill-menu with French finesse.

Kick-start your Easter Sunday brunch with an appetizer of your choice, but our favorite is definitely the tuna tartare with soy sauce, wasabi, smashed avocado, and crispy shallots. The star main course on the four-course menu, meanwhile, is the signature roast chicken with pancetta, garden peas, baby gem, and pearl onions. It’s an absolutely delightful spring veggie medley so you’ll still have room for dessert. Is it going to be the buttermilk basil panna cotta with strawberry jelly or the chocolate tart paired with salted caramel and raspberry sorbet that’s going to win you over?

Easter is just around the corner. Enjoy the spring festivities and a well-served holiday with your loved ones.
