Golden Goose launches STAR, a collection to ‘Inspire Everyone To Be a Star’

Hailing from Venice, but constantly exploring new territories to broaden the brand’s perspective through new experiences and stimuli, for this collection Golden Goose undertakes an introspective trip into the brand’s DNA: the STAR. The result is a visual response which echoes the brand’s values and attitude.

With a simple question – What makes you a Star? – Golden Goose aims to go beyond product by enabling people to express themselves.

Being a Star is not related to fame and notoriety. It’s about being driven, feeling centered, shining bright, and inspiring other people to do so. It’s about making a positive impact through simple daily actions that everyone can do to make the world a better place.

Featuring an iconic design from the ‘70s, these genderless tracksuits take a dive into your parents’ closet, combining a retro silhouette with top-notch materials. The result is an effortless streetwear wardrobe with a throwback vibe which is modern and versatile at the same time.

These dashing tracksuits highlight a premium Italian textured triacetate featuring a grosgrain band on the sleeves and legs with our star emblem all-over it, providing a tailored and playful aesthetic through the use of bold color schemes like red, black and papyrus white.

For a more eclectic version of our zipped sweatshirts, the collar comes entirely drenched in Swarovski crystals.

Throughout most of the silhouettes, the STAR COLLECTION signature “Star-Stripe” serves as the key design element running down the sleeves’ sides of our zipped sweatshirts and the legs sides.

Inspired by the world of tailoring, echoed by the stitched pleat on the front, the jogging pants come in two different fits, wide leg and tapered leg, both decorated by a contrasting logo on the front.

The collection also features round-neck sweatshirts and shorts coming in melange grey cotton with a gold laminated star on the front or in black with a tone-on-tone star; pure cotton t-shirts in white, black and melange grey with a small star or star collection logo on the front and a maxi star on the back in silver, gold and black, a logoed hoodie in black, and accessories like beanies, baseball caps, socks, nylon backpack and nylon windbreaker. The STAR collection represents the perfect way to complement our elegant tailoring tradition.
