Pretty in pink, the Simply Elegant cake is made of three layers of pink sponge cake with fresh strawberries in fresh cream, coated with silky whipped cream. The Chantelly Flower cake is inspired by a classic Italian tiramisu. It’s comprised of two layers of lady fingers drenched with COVA espresso coffee with mascarpone cream cheese, topped with fresh assorted berries and meringue.

French pâtisserie Dalloyau presents exclusive Mother’s Day treats crafted with the best ingredients using its legendary archive of timeless, historic, and royal recipes. Dalloyau’s “Mama’s Strawberry Cake” is as beautiful as a bouquet of roses, made with white chiffon cake, fresh strawberries, light cream, and vanilla mousse. The cake is adorned with two pink roses, rose-patterned chocolate thins, and a heart-shaped greeting plate. Dalloyau has unveiled its “Madame Religieuse,” buttery and golden soft choux pastries filled with silky raspberry cream.

For moms who fancy ice cream cakes, Häagen-Dazs introduces its stunning “The Only Love” strawberry cake. Available in two sizes, the rose inspired cake has a pink ombre facade topped with a grand hand-crafted edible rose and rose petals. Beneath the surface is the original Häagen-Dazs Strawberry Ice Cream recipe consisting of sweet summer strawberries and pure cream.

Vive Cake Boutique

Vive Cake Boutique collaborates with luxury skincare brand Sabon to create a collection of Mother’s Day cakes. Choose from three gorgeous colorful cakes, each dressed in velvety smooth buttercream. The “Supermom” is a decadent chocolate sponge cake with layers of chocolate mousse and raspberry agar covered in green and pink frosting. The “Voted Best Mom” is made with vanilla sponge cake, white chocolate mousse, passion fruit mousse, and passion fruit jam, covered in purple buttercream.
