Spring is finally here and with it comes renewed energy and of course, new ways to celebrate the season’s best cuisine. We present our new spring menus accompanied with seasonal dessert offerings that’ll have you all smiles on your next visit to Harbour City.

A Sweetness to Be Shared

Whether you’re looking to pick up a few things to take home after your meal, we’ve got some seasonal sweets you won’t want to miss! First up is La Famille, which brings a host of special cakes to welcome spring. Berries & Butterfly Pea, the patisserie’s take on their signature Bavarois cake, is a refreshing combination of fruit and floral flavors that make the perfect choice for sharing the season.

For some handheld options and that are a little on the lighter side, visit i CREMERiA for a selection of delectable fresh crepes in four flavors. These range from Six Senses matcha, a bouquet of textures and flavors fit for green tea lovers, to the downright decadent Nutty Crème Caramel, made with caramel custard cream, roasted almonds and topped with a bite-sized custard pudding. Pick one up (or a few) and enjoy them over a leisurely stroll.

If you’re looking more for a refreshing beverage instead, be sure to try out the Shake Shack’s new Shackura Lemonade blended with Morello cherry purée that offers a fruity balance of sweetness and tartness. And we certainly couldn’t mention the Shack without bringing up their new Shackura Shake, the latest take on their iconic frozen custard dessert. Pretty in pink with a whipped cream topping and pink chocolate curls, this cherry blossom delight is going to have you feeling warm and fuzzy all over.
