Uji-en

UJI-EN was founded in 1869 in Yamashiro, Kyoto, Japan. In 1941, they relocated the flagship store to Shinsaibashi, Osaka because they think that there would be opportunities there. Also, there were already many matcha shops in Uji, so they decided to move to Osaka.
UJI-EN is constantly promoting the Japanese matcha culture overseas. There is a gift shop, a takeaway section and a café in the Hong Kong flagship store which attracts matcha lovers from all over the world. Customers can enjoy all kinds of matcha delicacies created by UJI-EN and share with family and friends.
