The "i-Concierge Kiosk", a first-of-its-kind digital personalized customer service kiosk with a simple one-touch and user-friendly interface, live agent support and real-time directory service, allows customers to communicate face-to-face with a live video agent.

The kiosk integrates applications designed to provide services similar to a real life experience when a person physically walks up to a concierge desk, with 3 notable functions including real-time map-drawing, 2-way whiteboard function allowing shoppers to interact with a live video agent and enabling the agent to easily handle customer enquiries and screen capture and push function allowing the agent to push screen displays or web pages to the kiosk and show them to the customer.
