Application Details

- Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email by 24 hours of submission.
- Registration period: From now to 21.9.2024 (cut off at 23:59PM HKT)
- Limited to 100 pax only, first-come, first-served, while quota lasts.
Event Regulations, Terms & Conditions
- The event is conducted in Cantonese & Chinese.
- Due to space limitations, only participants who have registered successfully will be allowed to participate in the event.
- Quotas applied and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please take care of your belongings; Harbour City Estates Limited, Warner Music Asia, Media Asia Music and YouTube will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
- No eating and drinking in the event venue (except for water).
- Harbour City Estates Limited, Warner Music Asia, Media Asia Music and YouTube will film and photograph this event for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Arrangements during Typhoons and Rainstorms: the event will be cancelled if typhoon signal No. 3 or above or any Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or remains hoisted 2 hours before the event starts. If there is shower rain on the day, the organizer will decide whether to continue the event by 6pm on the event day. All event announcements will be announced on Harbour City’s Facebook and Instagram.
- All data collected will be treated as confidential and will be used solely by YouTube for communication and direct marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive information from us, please inform YouTube.
- Harbour City Estates Limited, Warner Music Asia, Media Asia Music and YouTube reserve the right to change the event arrangements (including the programme, schedule, and venue) at any time without prior notice.
- Harbour City Estates Limited, Warner Music Asia, Media Asia Music and YouTube reserve the right to amend or terminate the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Harbour City Estates Limited, Warner Music Asia, Media Asia Music and YouTube shall be final.
