Entry Terms and Conditions
- Persons who successfully get the queue ticket must arrive 10 minutes before the designated time and show the ticket to the staff to enter the queue. Latecomers will be disqualified from the event and will not be allowed to enter other sessions.
- Each queue ticket is limited to a maximum of 4 participants entering the venue at the same time, regardless of age. No pets are allowed, except guide dogs.
- Possessing more than one queue ticket at a time would contravene the conditions of use and render all tickets void.
- Our staff may ask queuers to present their original identification documents for verification and record purposes. If queuers are unable to provide these documents, or if they provide incorrect information, or if they have already been issued a queue ticket, no queue ticket will be issued.
- Queue tickets are not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable. Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the tickets used for sale.
- In the event of unstable weather, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to cancel the activity without prior notice to ensure the safety of participants.
- The distribution of queue tickets may be adjusted under certain circumstances, subject to the on-site arrangements.
- Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate the activity, and terms & conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Harbour City Estates Limited shall be final.
