ÉPURE’s dishes are made with high-quality seasonal ingredients and the menu changes on a daily basis. Expect nothing but the best including abalone, black truffle, lobster, caviar, and langoustine.
Overlooking the stunning harbour, Italian restaurant Paper Moon is the perfect venue to celebrate Christmas or to ring in the New Year. Paper Moon is offering a variety of festive holiday menus along with a special New Year’s Eve four-course dinner which comes with a glass of Dom Pérignon. The menu starts with a red prawn carpaccio followed by a carnaroli risotto with Norway langoustines, burrata cheese, and confit lemon. For the main course, choose between the Margaret River Wagyu beef tenderloin with spinach and chanterelle mushrooms or pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with potato and leek sauce, porcini mushrooms, and black truffle.
