To honor Disney’s momentous 100th anniversary, Harbour City & LCX, Times Square, and Plaza Hollywood have joined forces to host the largest Disney event in Hong Kong from 14 July to 3 September 2023, fully supported by AIA Hong Kong.! Three themed journeys are created for fans to relive the enchantment of classic Disney films and characters in the past century!
Each journey offers a different perspective on the world of Disney. Harbour City & LCX take you on a captivating journey inspired by Disney’s sea, land, and air adventures, transporting you through various eras and locations. At Times Square, visitors can enjoy art installations of Disney Classics and favourite quotes and immerse themselves in the magic of Disney in an interactive art gallery. Meanwhile, Plaza Hollywood offers a musical odyssey, where visitors can experience the enchantment of a colossal musical arena and enjoy a melodious summer symphony extravaganza. Along the way, the three journeys feature 18 photo spots and offer multiple online and offline activities, including booth games and workshops. Apart from the timeless Disney Classics and Princess series, there will also be photo spots featuring Duffy and Friends, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars. Proceeds from the event will be donated to “Make-A-Wish Hong Kong” after deducting necessary expenses.
Event Highlight 1: Complete “Disney 100 Travel Journal” by Collecting all Stamps to Win Exclusive Gifts
By purchasing “Disney 100 Travel Journal” at HK$120, Disney Fans can embark on a unique adventure while supporting a worthy cause. Participants can also redeem exclusive prizes for free by collecting a designated number of Commemorative Stamps in the three shopping malls.
Once all the stamps are collected on the same valid “Disney 100 Travel Journal”, shoppers can redeem a special prize from the respective malls. Each mall offers a unique special prize. Harbour City and LCX offer Disney 100 Stamp Stickers, Times Square offers a Disney 100 Luggage Sticker, and Plaza Hollywood offers a Disney 100 Card Holder. With all stamps from two shopping malls on the same valid Journal, participants can redeem a Grand Prize “Disney 100 Dual-use Luggage Belt with Crossbody Bag” for free. Event Highlight 3: Join “Disney 100 Hunt” for free to Win Exclusive Disney-Themed Prize
Fans can also embark on a virtual sticker-collecting adventure while exploring Harbour City & LCX, and Times Square. By collecting a designated number of Character Stickers on the game website wharfmalls.com.hk, fans can redeem exclusive prizes for free.
Participants log in to the game website and use your mobile, which supports NFC functionality, to tap on the “Disney 100” logo to collect the corresponding character sticker to your account. By collecting all Character Stickers in Harbour City & LCX and Times Square, participants can get a “Disney 100 Multi-purpose Passport Holder” and “Disney 100 Mickey Fan” respectively. Event Highlight 4: Discover Eight Mesmerizing Photo Spots to Unleash Your Inner Explorer!
Harbour City and LCX are proud to present “Disney 100: Travel Together with Harbour City & LCX”, an exciting adventure journey through sea, land, and air across different times and spaces, exploring the century-long charm of Disney.
i) Set Sail on 25m “Sea Explorer” and Capture Unforgettable Moments with Mickey & Friends
Ever since his debut in “Steamboat Willie” in 1928, Mickey has been a beloved icon of Disney. And now, you can join him on an epic nautical adventure that pays tribute to Disney’s rich maritime history!
Upon your arrival at the Ocean Terminal Forecourt, you’ll be warmly greeted by Mickey and Minnie on the shore, inviting everyone to board the “Sea Explorer”! Onboard, you will find Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto and Chip ‘n Dale having fun across the ship. The “Sea Explorer” pays homage to Disney’s 100th anniversary and Mickey’s legacy, with Mickey’s iconic red, black, and silver colours adorning every corner of the ship. Stepping into the cabin, you’ll be amazed by the mirror room, where a one-meter-tall silver Mickey commemorative statue stands at the center of the room. Etched onto the statue’s base is a quote from Walt Disney, the visionary founder of Disney, that reads “It Was All Started By A Mouse.” This quote serves as a reminder of Disney’s original vision from a century ago, and how the company’s humble beginning with Mickey Mouse has grown into the beloved entertainment giant we know today.

ii) Fly with Seven Disney Characters across Series on the “Enchanted Balloon Odyssey” for an Aerial Adventure Over the Stunning Victoria Harbour
Brace yourself for an unforgettable adventure as Donald Duck, Woody, Stitch, and Elsa welcome you aboard the “Enchanted Balloon Odyssey” over Victoria Harbour. The eight hot air platinum balloons align with Disney’s 100th anniversary design theme, and the one at the center is a stunning 6-meter giant balloon showcasing iconic scenes from various Disney titles. For the first time, characters from the seven brands come together.

iii) “Time Travel Theatre” Takes You Back to the Early 90s to Relive Disney’s Classic Works
As you step into the “Time Travel Theatre”, it’s like stepping back in time to the 90s, taking you on a journey through Disney’s classic world. The nearly 3-meter-tall “retro TV” plays Disney classic scenes, including “Pinocchio”, “Dumbo”, “Alice in Wonderland” and so on. But that’s not all – there is also a retro TV photo spot next to it, where you can step into the TV frame and take a photo with a 90s vibe. What’s even more surprising is the 3.5-meter-high giant “Pinocchio” puppet hanging above the theatre, becoming the most eye-catching photo spot!

iv) Discover Hundreds of Princess Series Storybooks and Create Personalized DIY Bookmarks in “Disney Princess Library”
Step into a world of enchantment at the “Disney Princess Library” where you can snap a photo with your favourite Disney princess from the giant storybooks, including “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty. With “Disney 100 Travel Journal” or “Disney Fans Pass”, a maximum of two participants get to read Disney Princess Series storybooks for 15 minutes in “Disney Princess Library”. With just HK$20 donation, children can participate in the “DIY Disney Princess Bookmark” workshop and create their very own unique princess-themed bookmarks with step-by-step instructions.

Embark on a dreamy land journey with Duffy and Friends at LCX
Join Duffy and Friends on a land journey at LCX. Board the “Fantasy Train” and venture into their enchanting forest world. Starting from the LCX entrance, discover 4 photo spots and get up close with Duffy, ShellieMay, LinaBell, and other characters in the beautiful natural surroundings.
v) Step aboard the Fantasy Train and experience the joy of being surrounded by plushies
Get on the Fantasy Train and visit the house filled with countless Duffy and Friends plush toys and merchandise, as if you are entering a dreamworld and embarking on an imaginative trip!

vi) Step into a 10x larger-than-life storybook and play hide-and-seek with Duffy and Friends
In the dreamworld, a Giant Storybook appears, narrating the story of Duffy and his friends playing hide-and-seek. Let’s jump into the story and help Gelatoni find his friends! After searching in the forest, Duffy and his friends finally reunite with Gelatoni and they cheer and applaud happily, bringing this story to a heartwarming ending.

vii) Unleash your creativity while painting and dancing with Gelatoni and StellaLou!
After reading the storybook, you will arrive at the Fantastic Garden, where Gelatoni is drawing happily and StellaLou is dancing beautifully! You can join a magical workshop and colour a set of seven Duffy and Friends colouring paper to immerse yourself in the world of Gelatoni upon on-site donation of HK$40! Moreover, you can also share your dancing inspiration with StellaLou! On designated days, an assistant will be here to take a photo for you! These photos may be selected and displayed on the “Dream Come True” board, allowing everyone to admire the rising ballet stars!
Colour your Day with Gelatoni” Colouring Workshop Details

viii) Encounter Duffy and Friends in the enchanting forest
Step into a world of wonder and adventure as LCX and Harbour City unveil their latest attraction – the enchanting world of Duffy and Friends! Stroll through the LCX Garden and arrive at the Ocean Terminal Deck, where you will be transported to a 10-meter-wide lawn that recreates the entire Spring series story scenes in stunning 1:1 scale.
Duffy, ShellieMay, LinaBell, ‘Olu Mel, and CookieAnn set out to explore the forest and encounter various adventures. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure with Duffy and Friends this summer.

Upon single spending of HK$200 on the same day at LCX, and liking the Facebook, Instagram or Xiaohongshu page of LCX and Instagram page of Hong Kong Disneyland Duffy Fanstasy, you may redeem one paper fan and one paper hat of Duffy and Friends during the designated period.

What better way to end your journey than by taking home exclusive Disney 100 themed merchandise from two limited-time pop-up stores. Each store offers a range of Disney 100th Anniversary collectibles, including limited edition plush toys, home goods, tableware, T-shirts, and more that will let you relive the joy of your favourite characters and bring them home with you.
URDU Pop-up Store
Hong Kong toy brand URDU launches a pop-up store featuring an array of exclusive Disney merchandise, including the newly launched and highly anticipated Stitch and Alien in Maneki-Neko and Daruma style. For the first time, four 1.2-meter-tall installations are set at the entrance to greet all Disney fans. In addition to the 20 exclusive Disney 100-themed items, URDU is offering limited-edition of Maneki-Neko Stitch and Alien figures.
Disney 100th Anniversary Pop-up Store
While at the Disney 100th Anniversary Pop-up Store located at Ocean Terminal Main Concourse, several popular brands have launched themed products that are sure to excite visitors. The store has a special DIY section where Disney fans can freely mix and match embroidered patches onto shoulder bags, totes, or hats to create their own unique Disney items. Additionally, the store offers an exclusive Disney 100th Anniversary Character Card Collection, which includes a total of 100 styles featuring beloved characters from Disney Classics, Princess Series, and PixarThis collection also includes a limited edition black and retro collection card series, with only 100 sets available, making it a must-have for collectors.
Another highlight of the pop up store is the photography area set up by Fotomax. The area is designed with the shimmering Disney 100th Anniversary themed platinum color, and multiple Disney characters illustrations are suspended in the air, immersing visitors in the sparkling world of Disney. Fotomax has also arranged professional photographers on-site, providing photography services for visitors who want to capture lasting memories.
