Flat Iron Burger, the acclaimed concept from the culinary innovators behind Flat Iron Steak, Picanhas’ and Steak King, is set to redefine the dining scene at the harbourfront with its first Kowloon branch in Harbour City and boasting panoramic waterfront views, the new venue combines premium comfort dining with unbeatable value for families, friends and professionals alike.
Flat Iron Burger brings gourmet burger craftsmanship to the forefront. Using a signature blend of prime Black Angus or Wagyu beef, including cuts like rump, brisket and chuck, sourced from award-winning farmers in Queensland, Flat Iron Burger delivers bold flavours and premium quality in every bite. Alongside golden fries and indulgent Concrete Shakes, it’s a modern comfort food experience built for burger lovers.
Hero dishes elevate burger craft with bold flavours: the Flat Iron Deluxe layers six ounces of prime Black Angus with double American cheese, streaky bacon, house pickles and seasoning, crispy onions and Old Bay mayo. The burger patty is seasoned with Flat Iron House Steak Seasoning and seared on the plancha, before flipping it is smashed to give it more surface area and caramelization.
Meanwhile, the Flat Iron Fillet presents a fresh and crispy choice for those craving a non-beef alternative with a golden battered plaice fillet, tartare sauce and caviar potato salad and finished with a special “Golden Cheese Sauce”.
The à la carte lunch and dinner menus spotlight signature cuts like the Flat Iron Steak, available in two size options; 300 grams for the meat lovers and 200 grams. It brushed with Confit Shallot Butter to add flavour and give it a nice sheen. The steak is served to the temperature of customers’ liking and accompanied by the green salad topped with House Sweet Onion Dressing that has a little bit of soy for umami. The fries are cooked until crispy and then tossed in Old Bay Spice.
Catering to Tsim Sha Tsui’s bustling workforce, the lunch set menu offers wallet-friendly set meals, highlight includes The Flat Iron Steak. The Junior Burger is a great alternative, served with fries, salad and a drink. Guests can upgrade their mid-day recharge with snacks such as tater tots, onion rings, a crowd pleaser – loaded fries or any dessert or shake.
TThirst-quenching innovations include Handcrafted Sparkling Lemonade to combat the summer heat and Arabica-blend Cold Brew Classic Coffee with fruity and nutty notes. For dessert, the Flat Iron Freak Shakes are fully loaded to satisfy the sweet tooth, coming in three flavour choices of Chocolate Brownie, Caramel Egg Tart and Strawberry Cheesecake. The Caramel Egg Tart flavour features creamy vanilla ice cream, offering a refreshing taste perfect for hot summer days. Swirls of caramel syrup inside the glass create a playful, eye-catching look. Topped with a Portuguese egg tart, this Instagram-worthy treat is a must-try.
