Gianvito Rossi newly opens at Harbour City

Gianvito Rossi announces the opening of a boutique in Harbour City. True to the brand’s tradition, the space was developed in partnership with Milan based architect Patricia Urquiola. The design concept sees Urquiola work with unique decorative elements, a warm color palette and bright finishings to highlight the brand’s Italian made refinement.

The boutique’s wide, luminous window attracts the eye: vertical metal structures, framed by gold varnished shelves and powder tinged glass panels in pink and bronze, showcase the designer’s iconic silhouettes.
The elegant interior is divided into two boudoir-like sitting rooms. Silk velvet and mirror panels on the walls provide a sophisticated, seductive touch, whilst gold metal shelves enhance the space with classic simplicity.

Exclusive signature pieces – Bloomy leather armchairs, velvet pouffes with sinuous curves, coated gold metal tables and a free-standing console – characterize the luxurious space, which is defined by the brand’s glamorous dusty pink shade. On the Venetian terrazzo floor, custom-made carpets with a spiral design complete the layout.

Sinuous lace-ups, pvc inserts, soft braids and designs which gracefully envelope the ankle play a key role in defining the brand’s refined aesthetic. Graphic elements and sculptural features add an unexpected twist to the selection.

The Leomi braided lace-up sandal in soft pink leather, playful and flirty, unveils the collection. With its sensual allure, the style evokes days spent on a holiday and longing to never-end. The delicate woven detail, as elegant as a woman’s tresses, also adorns the Tropea mid-heel thong in the purest white leather.

A new sculptural heel redefines the Aura styles — A gold disco sandal, a graphic suede bootie in fiery red and a classic black patent slingback. In a subtle game of strength and sophistication, silhouettes are elongated and empowered, and acquire a new, striking identity.

Glamourous materials are introduced: A patent beige mousse effect on the softest leather is gentle to the touch and exudes sophistication. The graceful nude shade gives a light, feminine charm to the Martis combat boot and illuminates the Bree pointy-toe d’orsay sandal – A contemporary design with the brand’s distinctive pvc details.

Cocktail hour exalts the impeccable craft of Gianvito Rossi’s creations. Eye-catching and stylish, the seductive ankle décor of the black Freesia d’orsay pump, with its delicate silk straps, is imagined to elevate the female form in all its beauty.
