“Wine & Dine Festival” and “Great November Feast” organized by Hong Kong Tourism Board are annual Hong Kong events; Therefore, Harbour City has invited 9 restaurants to launch “Happy Sunset Hour” from Oct 19 – Nov 30, 2018.
