IWC Schaffhausen opens its Ingenieur-themed pop-up at
Harbour City, running from 15 October until 12 December 2025. Spanning over 1,000 square feet, the space offers an immersive showcase of the latest Ingenieur novelties.

The pop-up embraces the “Form und Technik” theme— first introduced at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025—celebrating the Ingenieur’s signature balance of form and function. Minimalist architecture with black and gold accents echoes the newest models in black ceramic and gold.

Paying tribute to the Ingenieur’s design legacy, the space features a curated vintage exhibition. In the 1970s, Gérald Genta created the Ingenieur SL, a visionary and bold design that exemplified the principle “less, but better”. Six vintage Ingenieur watches from
the 1980s and 1990s are on display, showcasing a range of complications including automatic, quartz, perpetual calendar, chronograph alarm, and the antimagnetic 500,000 A/m model.

In addition to the vintage exhibition, the pop-up showcases the latest Ingenieur novelties, which made their debut at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025. Hallmark features include the Ingenieur Automatic 35,
offered in three versions: 18-carat 5N gold with a goldcoloured dial (Ref. IW324903), and stainless steel with either a silver-plated dial (Ref. IW324901) or black dial (Ref. IW324906). Compact yet iconic, the model retains all hallmark Ingenieur design cues in a slimmer, ergonomic profile.

Also spotlighted is the Ingenieur Automatic 42 in black ceramic (Ref. IW338903)—the first full ceramic execution of the Gérald Genta-inspired integrated bracelet design. With nearly four decades of ceramic expertise, IWC crafts the case ring, bezel, case back ring, crown, and crown protection from black zirconium oxide ceramic. The integrated bracelet ensures lightweight comfort and durability.

At the rear of the space, a long table serves as the hub for watchmaking workshops and interactive activations,
underscoring the brand’s commitment to education and engagement.

The pop-up precedes the reopening of IWC’s Ocean Terminal boutique on 12th December 2025, unveiling a new design concept.
