Luxury Italian intimates brand LA PERLA introduces its Spring 2022 campaign.  An ode to the body in motion, the collection has been designed with freedom of movement in mind, playing with light and shadow through the transparency of each piece. The campaign is an expression of modern femininity and desirability, embracing LA PERLA’s intimate understanding of the female form through the meticulous craftsmanship of each piece.



Ballet Blanc has an ethereal and romantic quality to it that honours the aspects of the dance that inspired it.  Drawn from 18th century corsets, each piece has been expertly crafted from Italian tulle and cotton silk muslin, then beautifully finished with delicate floral embroidery.

Etoile, is a new addition to LA PERLA’s swim collection and is an intricately braided work of art. Crafted using the brands signature Soutache technique, the beach & swimwear pieces are each entwined with delicate strips of ribbon created in LA PERLA’s Bologna atelier.  This braided effect creates a sense of transparency and movement as it conceals and reveals, enhancing the female form.

Crafted from intricate leavers lace with a butterfly print and a soft recycled lycra, Like A Butterfly is the epitome of practical elegance.   Each piece is designed to support and contour a woman’s body, double straps have even been added to a selection of the bras and bodywear for extra support and comfort.  An incredibly versatile collection, Like

A Butterfly comes in a variety of colours & with many of the underwired pieces feeling like a second skin this really enhances the collection’s level of functionality.

The Outset collection is inspired by the light-touch fluidity of ballet skirts. An unquestionably romantic collection, each piece has been crafted using light-weight & embroidered tulle. Once again playing with transparency that both conceals and reveals, Outset is a celebration of movement and the female body in motion.


LA PERLA collaborates with Illustrator  MAKIKO SUGAWA


Luxury Italian intimates brand, LA PERLA, collaborates with illustrator Makiko Sugawa and curates a limited edition 3-series box set exclusive to selective stores across APAC.  Makiko is renowned for her sensual and feminine female figures, depicting women wearing lingerie that exudes confidence and independence.

The collaboration celebrates the brand’s most beloved collection.

From the Petite Macrame slip dress featured in the first series, to the brand’s most iconic Maison pieces and finally the new upcoming floral print from the Silk collection, the illustration encapsulates a spirit of timeless beauty and empowering elegance the La Perla lady embodies.

With only a limited of 150 units per series, the first box from the set will launch in mid-April and will be available at selective stores in Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei and Singapore.
