Navigating between celestial precision and earthbound passion, Astrolabe charts new territories in Marlborough’s pristine landscapes.

Priced at HK$380 nett per person, the menu features prawns with pomelo sauce with Shearwater Sauvignon Blanc 2024, Iberico pork char siu with Shearwater Pinot Noir 2023, scallop with black truffle paired with Astrolabe Sauvignon Blanc 2024, diced beef with black pepper and honey sauce complemented by Astrolabe Pinot Noir 2020, and a finale of mango cream with osmanthus jelly — all guided by Libby Waghorn, General Manager & Owner of Astrolabe, who will share insights in this 90-minute tasting journey.
