In addition to offering a variety of Western-Japanese fusion dishes and beverages, Tanuki Innovation also provides a selection of desserts that are all homemade by experienced in-house pastry chefs. The goal is to create a comprehensive Western-Japanese cuisine and light dining restaurant.
