Serving as the visual centerpiece, a striking feature wall draws inspiration from the auspicious wooden piles of traditional lion dances, while cleverly weaving in the nostalgic charm of old-school theater weighing machines. The menu at “Canton House” is curated by Executive Chef Andy Lau, a veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in Cantonese cuisine. Having served in several renowned Chinese restaurants, Chef Lau has honed exceptional culinary skills and a profound understanding of traditional techniques. Drawing inspiration from classic Cantonese dishes, he skillfully combines precise control of heat with innovative approaches to reinterpret traditional flavors, bringing out the depth and refinement that defines true Cantonese artistry.
