The name “HIBI” (日々) means “daily” in Japanese, reflecting the brand’s mission to provide a warm space where busy urbanites can treat themselves every day. As the only teppanyaki restaurant in Harbour City with a full panoramic view of Victoria Harbour, the space offers both a breathtaking skyline and a front-row seat to the master chefs’ culinary skills.

The restaurant specially invited Japanese artisan Kohki Komoda, who is renowned for his passion for egg dishes. Known as the “Egg God,” he spent years perfecting the “Oil-Free Fried Egg”—a unique technique exclusive to Hong Kong. By using precise timing and hand movements without a single drop of oil, he creates a silky egg white enveloping a rich, molten yolk, offering a light and healthy taste that is a must-try for every guest.
