Jo Malone London Opens New Flagship Store at Harbour City

The British fragrance and lifestyle house is pleased to announce the grand opening of a new flagship store, located in Hong Kong’s Harbour City Mall.

Elegantly dressed in our signature cream and black colour palette, the newest and largest flagship boutique is the first-of-its-kind in Hong Kong to infuse unique local design elements into the brand’s timeless British aesthetics, creating a contemporary, inviting space.

Echoing the iconic London Georgian townhouse architecture, the new flagship is rich in texture with handcrafted fluted plaster and curved lines, bringing the classic British understated elegance to life.

As the brand’s first Cologne Intense concept store, the new Cologne Intense feature wall at the entrance showcases the full range of our luxury Cologne Intense Collection against a backdrop of stylish black marble, inviting you to discover the alluring, powerful scents inspired by faraway lands, captivating rituals and treasured ingredients.

Centrally placed in front of the iconic fireplace, a seating area pays tribute to the British pastime of sitting in front of the fire, encouraging moments of engagement and discovery. The chairs are upholstered in patterns created by interior designer and collaborator Martyn Thompson, while the wall is mounted with charming ceramic plates also by the designer, offering endless home inspiration. The circular discovery table also displays our beloved Townhouse Collection, designed in elegant ceramic and luxurious scent to set the mood and tell the unique stories of your home.

The Harbour City flagship is also equipped with an expansive Tasting Bar area, providing a variety of in-store consultation and pampering services—from exploring your personal fragrance, styling spaces with scent to creating the perfect scented wedding—all yours to discover. The store also offers the new Foundations of Fragrance consultation, offering customers a captivating education in scent. As with all Jo Malone London services, this new service is complimentary and can be booked in person or online instantly via the Online Appointment Booking system.
