Making a comeback on the menu are beloved fan favorites, including the indulgent Luxury Loaded Nachos featuring a decadent trio of cheeses generously piled atop crispy tortilla chips, served with guacamole and sour cream. Additionally, the Shrimp & Avocado Salad with a refreshing “Green Goddess” dressing is the perfect choice for this weather.

The two pasta dishes making a triumphant return to the menu are the hearty Beef Steak Fettuccine with a rich and garlicky creamy red sauce and the classic House-made Meatball Spaghetti.

Indulge in the Philly Cheesesteak Bomb – a tantalizing creation featuring Cheddar & Muenster cheese, bacon, onion, mushrooms, and pickles, all nestled in a perfectly round roll bursting with flavor and gooey cheese. Those who prefer a richer flavor can opt for comforting Cheeseburger Farfalle (HK$220) – literally a cheeseburger in the form of pasta, topped with Sesame Gremolata that brings an extra crunch.

The chef surprises guests with a hint of fish sauce and everyone’s favorite Sriracha in Three Cheese Mac n Cheese, which features American Swiss, Chedda, and Gruyere cheese, a haven for cheese enthusiasts. Followed by classic garlicky American creamy Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine.

Indulge in the exquisite Buttered Lobster Tacos, where succulent grilled lobster tail, coriander & chipotle aioli, and tomato & avocado salsa come together in a symphony of flavors, all drizzled with rich, garlicky melted butter.
