Fall-Winter Capsule Collection 2023

This season, Canada Goose unites unparalleled Canadian performance, London-based luxury design, and classic Western Americana in the unique Canada Goose x Rokh x Matt McCormick Collection – the first of the brand’s exciting collaborations for Fall-Winter 2023.

The unique partnership fuses high fashion with high function in an eight-piece collection including outerwear, knitwear and accessories. The capsule capitalises on the silhouettes and clean lines from Rokh’s “Office Essentials” collection, adorned with McCormick’s iconic chromatic landscapes, and heroes of the wild west.

Founded by designer Rok Hwang, who was born in Seoul, raised in Austin, TX, and lives in London, Rokh is known for its elegant and timeless, yet conceptual and subverted collections. The luxury womenswear label mixes creative elements, effortless attitude, artisan craftsmanship and intentional “imperfections” to create new iterations of wardrobe staples. Multidisciplinary American artist Matt McCormick’s oeuvre assimilates diverse cultural influences culled from the high and lows of American life. His artistic interpretation of nostalgic freedom of Western Americana is central to his body of work and is showcased through each piece of the collection.
First unveiled during this year’s Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2023 in March, the capsule marries function, luxury, and craftsmanship.

The Canada Goose x Rokh x Matt McCormick Lightweight Down Strap Trench Coat was inspired by Rokh’s signature oversized trench coat fused with Canada Goose’s expertise in warmth creating a wardrobe stable that is available in Tan and Graphite colourways. A statement piece with deliberately placed strap adjusters, multiple snaps to adjust the cinch at the waist together and a structured folded collar for fundamental warmth. The belted trench is designed to function as an everyday, transitional jacket and is rated on Canada Goose’s Thermal Experience Index (TEI) as a TEI 2, keeping warmth up until -15 degrees Celsius. Featuring cotton nylon fabric, Canada Goose signature interior backpack straps that allow the jacket to be carried hands-free over the shoulders and two exterior pockets, the Canada Goose x Rokh x Matt McCormick Lightweight Down Strap Trench Coat incorporates Matt McCormick iconic charcoal inspired rodeo print within its lining.

The Canada Goose x Rokh x Matt McCormick Women’s Cropped Down Strap Puffer is lined similarly to the trench with McCormick’s modern signature charcoal drawings. Designed to create a statement look, the jacket features a cropped hem with adjustable drawcords that works to block out cold winds. Transitioning seamlessly from a day in the city, to a weekend hike, the jacket includes the interior back-pack straps, a TEI 2 rating and comes in Tan as well as in Graphite.

The Canada Goose x Rokh x Matt McCormick Padded Trucker Strap Jacket is a unisex piece draped in McCormick’s Western Americana motifs on both the front and back of the Tan colored style. The deliberately placed strap adjusters and the structured folded collar add a stylised element to the design. Protecting from the elements, the jacket brings Canada Goose’s expertise’s to the forefront, with an insulated inside layer and interior/exterior pockets and a TEI rating of 1. The jacket comes as well in Graphite, with this colourway featuring Matt McCormick’s rodeo print within its lining.
