Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill Launches Four Elevated Signature Dishes By An Acclaimed Chef

Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill has been Hong Kong’s favorite American restaurant for the past 34 years. In 2023, Dan Ryan’s is transitioning into a new era with new menus and more. In June, guests can try four signature dishes elevated by an acclaimed chef and get a chance to win free dish throughout the year in 2023!

Opened its first door in Hong Kong in 1989, generations of Hong Kongers were grown up with its signature short ribs, buffalo wings, onion rings and more. As part of its transition to new era, they are launching a 2.0 new menu and hosting various events and parties for their guests at all branches.

This coming June, guests can experience a 2.0 version of four signature dishes elevated by an acclaimed Chef. Philly Steak Bomb, Lobster Truffle Mac n Cheese, Truffle Fries, and Filet-O-Fish. Available from June 1 to August 1.

To start with, Truffled Cheddar Cheese Fries HK $ this dish has been upgraded with creamy fragrant truffled cheese sauce, drizzled over crispy golden fries on a skillet pan Another dish truffle lovers cannot miss is Truffle Lobster Mac n Cheese HK$258 comes with rich and flavorful truffled creamy cheese sauce perfected with a topping of fried garlic and crunchy buttered cracker crumb s adding flavor and texture to every bite. The super cheesy Philly Cheese Steak BOMB comes with not one, but two types of cheese cheddar and muenster cheese, while pepperoni gives an extra smokiness for the sub. Popular afternoon tea set item Filet o’ Fish Sandwich will be available all day from June 1, accompanied by a new cherry pepper tartar that gives a nice kick. For extra enjoyment, guests can opt to add an extra fish filet.
