For the first time, Harbour City partners with the French GourMay Food & Wine Festival to present “Le Chic French Hour @ Harbour City” — an immersive “French Garden” taking place from 16 May to 21 June 2026 on the Level 4 Outdoor Terrace at Ocean Centre. Co-presented with Maison Perrier, DALLOYAU, and local creative drink maker Clan & Co, the event features three themed mixology workshops, a limited-edition pop-up bar, and a grand finale party, celebrating the art of French living against the breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour.
Throughout the event period, the Level 4 Outdoor Terrace at Ocean Centre will be transformed into a romantic “French Garden”, featuring the signature Maison Perrier Floral Arch and French-themed photo installations. From day to dusk, the space offers picturesque views at every hour. On days when the pop-up bar is open, guests can also capture stylish drink-in-hand moments against the enchanting garden and Victoria Harbour skyline, preserving their own French-inspired elegant memories.

In partnership with Clan & Co, three immersive 45‑minute workshops led by professional mixologists will be held on designated dates. Blending mixology knowledge with hands‑on creation, the workshops are designed for both beginners and enthusiasts (participants must be aged 18 or above). All workshop participants will receive one complimentary bottle from the all‑new Maison Perrier Collection.

Open on 16–17 May and 23–25 May, the pop‑up bar serves an exclusive, limited‑edition Herbal Tea–infused Ice Slushie Cocktail – a refreshing grab‑and‑go summer cooler. Guests may also have the chance to meet Dennis Mak, founder of Clan & Co, as he makes an appearance at the bar to craft his herbal creations on the spot.
