Guests can indulge in a wide array of seafood delicacies at Three on Canton’s dinner buffet. Featuring everything from extravagant seafood offerings and delectable mains to a bountiful selection of desserts, the buffet spread promises a resplendent dining experience for all guests.

Buffet guests can indulge in a delectable array of chilled seafood items, including Freshly Shucked French Oysters, Mussels, Jade Whelks, Crayfish, Lobsters and Prawns every evening as well as Canadian Brown Crabs or Rock Crabs from Mondays to Thursdays and Snow Crab Legs from Fridays to Sundays and on public holidays. Guests can also enjoy 14 tempting appetisers and salads on a rotational basis, including Prawn Gazpacho, Scallop Ceviche with Truffle Oil, Octopus and Potato Salad, Marinated Mussel Salad and Shrimp Cobb Salad, to name a few.


Guests can then choose from 16 savoury hot dishes featuring the bounties of the ocean. Highlights include Baked Seafood with Miso Mayonnaise, Garoupa Fillet with Garlic Lemon Butter, Seafood Paella, Salmon Wellington, Singapore Chilli Lobster Clams as well as Deep-Fried Soft Shell Crab with Chilli and Garlic Pepper, among many other sumptuous delicacies. Also featured are Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, including the Cheddar Cheese and Black Truffle Fountain, Grilled Foie Gras on Toast and the signature Peking Duck.

Following the savoury delights, guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with different treats handcrafted by Three on Canton’s pastry chefs. Highlights include Chocolate Lava Cake, Raspberry White Chocolate Cake, Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheese Tart, Salted Caramel Chocolate Fudge Cake, Raspberry Cream Cheese with Lemon Curd and Tropical Fruits Pavlova, which are available on a rotational basis.
